***i used store-bought Caesar dressing, but feel free to make the homemade dressing in the recipe.

📌Street Corn Pasta Salad:
-Dressing;
-1 Cup Mayonaise
-1/2 Cup Sour Cream
-juice off 2 limes
-1/2 Cup Cotija cheese (or 1/4 C. Feta & 1/4 C. Parmesan)
-Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, pepper, 1 tsp Tajin & dash of cayenne
-1 lb Pasta
-2 (15oz)cans Fire Roasted Corn (i used 2 cans whole kernel corn and toasted in a skillet with butter and oil)
-1 (15oz)can Black Beans
-1 can Green Chilis, drained
-1 bunch of Green Onions
***Optional topping: 1/2 bunch Cilantro (i omitted cilantro)
-1/2 Cup Cotija Cheese (or Feta & Parmesan)

I'm excited to try all. My grand is here for the summer and she loves pasta salad from the box 🤭🤦♀️i hadn't bought that in decades so we decided to make pasta salad. Now we have 5 new options!
